The average person may have limited exposure to various plumbing issues, resulting in a lack of awareness about the complexities of plumbing. As a fully licensed and insured plumbing company, we specialize in handling any plumbing-related matters concerning water, sewer, or gas within the consumer's property. For customers residing in areas with municipal services, they are responsible for issues that occur beyond the service connection points, such as water meters, gas meters, and sewer taps. In contrast, customers living outside municipal jurisdictions are responsible for their entire plumbing systems, including propane tanks, water well systems, and septic systems. While we do not work on gas meters, water meters, sewer taps, well systems, septic tanks, or propane tanks, we offer comprehensive services from the point of use to the point of connection to these systems. Please find below some specific examples of the services we provide.
-
If you suspect a water leak, characterized by unusually high water bills or wet ground around your property, our skilled plumbers can conduct leak tests and perform repairs promptly. Most repairs can be completed efficiently within our standard hourly labor and parts rate. However, in cases where the leaking pipe is old or corroded due to improper installation, it may be necessary to replace the entire underground water line. Throughout the project, our plumbers will maintain clear communication, keeping you informed of any necessary information.
-
Should you experience a sewer line leak, our team is well-equipped to fix the issue. Common signs of a potential sewer leak include foul odors or drainage problems. In most cases, we can perform spot repairs on broken or compromised sewer pipes. However, certain circumstances, such as clay or concrete pipes or old leach systems, may necessitate the complete replacement of the sewer line. Our technicians possess the tools and machinery required to handle any sewer line repair or replacement.
-
If you suspect a gas leak, we recommend calling a plumber ASAP instead of calling your local gas provider. Our license allows us to make any repairs necessary to get your gas back on and fix your leaks. If you want to install a gas fixture where is no existing gas, we can route gas to whatever location you need! We can work on any natural gas or propane systems you need us to!

If you are facing issues with a leaking or malfunctioning tank-type water heater, our team can assess the problem and offer repairs when possible. In instances where repairs are not feasible, we maintain a stock of high-quality tank-type water heaters from Bradford-White, a trusted brand known for their reliability. Our standard water heaters come with a 6-year manufacturer warranty on the tank, a 5-year manufacturer warranty on the parts, and a 1-year labor warranty provided by Bayside Plumbing Services. We also offer an optional 4-year water heater warranty extension. Regular servicing of your water heater, recommended at least once a year, can significantly extend its lifespan. If you contact us before 12:00 PM on any working business day Monday-Friday and mention this information, we guarantee the installation of a 40 or 50 gallon tank-type water heater on the same day.

Investing in a tankless water heater, also known as an "on-demand" water heater, offers numerous advantages. With a tankless system, you can enjoy an uninterrupted supply of hot water, tailored to your specific gallons-per-minute needs, without the risk of a stored hot water tank leaking in your home. These units typically last 16-20 years, or even longer with proper maintenance. We offer tankless water heater repairs, troubleshooting, and installations, including a range of models suitable for various applications such as residential, outdoor, and commercial usage.

To identify sewer issues accurately, we utilize advanced camera systems to inspect the sewer line thoroughly. These cameras enable us to pinpoint specific problem areas, such as breaks, bellies, or other concerns within the sewer line.

Backflow preventers play a crucial role in safeguarding the potable water supply from contaminants and health hazards. We have licensed backflow inspectors in house to handle your annual inspections or certify your new installations.
